Holmes Institute - a large multi sector education provider located in the Sydney CBD is presently seeking to recruit a bubbly and outgoing student services/marketing person to join our team at Holmes Institute.

You will work as part of a dynamic team managing the smooth operation of the student services function of our campus. This role would require you to be a member of our administration team considered the 'face' of the organisation and would include working with our partner education agents.

Your role will require you to answer and direct calls, greet visitors, reporting, stationary, filing, word processing, data entry, housekeeping and maintaining all office documentation and general clerical support to the wider team when required long with attending external marketing events as needed.

To be considered for this role, demonstrated experience in a busy, client facing role or similar student services or marketing experience is necessary. You will need to work autonomously. Be ready to assist our students, have common sense, maturity, flexibility and willing to be part of a team are paramount. Microsoft Office skills would be beneficial.

The successful applicant would need to be able to commence immediately. Possess strong Microsoft office skills, can multitask, is a quick learner.
