Admission and Student Service Officer

Harbourside Institute of Australia (HIA) is a fast-growing registered vocational education provider based in Sydney CBD. Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Admission and Student Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to student admissions, and student support services.
Responsibilities
• Issue offer letter and assist in students' admission processes
• Conduct and assist in orientation and enrolment
• Data entry and update of student's profiles and details in RTO Manager
• Monitor and communicate with students with outstanding fees
• Liaise with staff/trainers to ensure efficient management of student enquiries and deadlines are met
• Assist in academic department as required
• Provide professional student services
• Other tasks assigned by PEO as required
Selection Criteria
· Have an excellent level of English skill and communication skills
· Have a motivative and hardworking personality and attitude, be able to work under occasionally pressure
· Strong interpersonal and team-work skills
· Computer literacy skills
· Experiences in working in Education Agent, or College, or Coaching School are preferred
