**About the Role**:
In this role, you will be passionate about driving learning satisfaction and outcomes through provision of first-class support. You will be given all the tools and training to ensure that you will thrive in the role, including an amazing onboarding process to get you up-to-speed with our course offerings, the current state of the education industry, and core functions on how to best support our students.

We are a growing support team who need highly motivated individuals to join us as Student Support Officers.

**Key Accountabilities include**:

- Providing professional and timely responses to student queries including:

- Administrative enquiries
- Course variation including cancellation, transfer, and extension requests.
- Student progression
- RPL enquiries
- LMS navigation
- Assessment enquiries
- Reasonable adjustment requests
- Payment Services enquiries
- Work placement support
- Scheduling support
- Maintain accurate student records.
- Implementing specific support strategies including re-engagement of learners identified through support plans.
- Providing an in-platform presences to ensure responsive feedback, troubleshooting & proactive resolution to student enquiries.
- Collaborating with student experience and education teams to identify needed improvements to FAQs, content, and assessments.
- Participating with other stakeholders across SOE to improve the student experience.
- Provide other administrative support as required.

**What you need to have**:

- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent support record, working within a high-volume enquiry driven environment.
- Adaptable & consultative style in dealing with a wide range of clients.
- Thrives working in a high-performing, team focused environment.
- Experience in education and training, or a fast-paced direct-to-customer outbound environment (Desirable)
