**THE ROLE**

Working on the customer engagement team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to both the college and students.

**DUTIES**
- Ensure enrolments are processed accurately and in timely manner
- Provide guidance and support to students to assist with completion or transfer of study
- Database entry of student information and completion documents
- Support the Team Leader with a variety of tasks ask requested
- Other ad hoc administrative duties

**THE CANDIDATE**

This truly is a wonderful opportunity to join a professional and supportive team in a great environment. This role will suit you if you have a natural drive to provide excellent customer service and a desire to help people, whilst also holding necessary skills in administration, time management and a real keen eye for detail.

A positive mindset is an absolute must, and a willingness to learn. If you have experience within the education sector, then this will be a huge bonus, however this isn’t a deal breaker as to whether you are successful in the process or not.

If you have experience using Salesforce then this is another plus, but if not, someone who is tech savvy and has the ability to pick up using systems quickly will be necessary

**THE PROCESS**

If you are shortlisted for the role, there will be a 1 stage interview process with the our client, and first rounds will be happening between 1st May -8th May.
