**The Opportunity**:
Our Desk Extension Membership is designed for mid-market and enterprise businesses in Australia that have lean in-house legal teams. We act as an embedded legal function, helping organisations reduce external legal spend, manage risk, and operate more efficiently.

As the Outbound BDR focused on the Australian market, you’ll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel activity and generating qualified sales opportunities for the Enterprise sales team. You’ll engage senior legal, finance and people leaders, introduce the Desk Extension model, and secure meetings for our Account Executives.

This is a great opportunity to work with high-quality leads, deepen your understanding of enterprise sales, and build relationships.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Run outbound prospecting campaigns into LegalVision’s enterprise account list in Australia
- Identify and qualify leads across key industries including aged care, tech, franchising, and infrastructure
- Book discovery meetings with GCs, CFOs, and People & Culture leaders
- Track activity, lead quality, and meeting outcomes in our CRM (Habitat)
- Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure strong meeting handover and follow-through
- Attend enterprise events and roundtables to support relationship-building and lead gen
- Share market feedback to refine targeting and messaging

- 1+ year of outbound sales or BDR experience, ideally in B2B services, SaaS or legal
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with senior executives and managing objections
- High activity levels and strong organisational skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and CRM tools
- Interest in the legal sector, sales development, and enterprise environments
- Full work rights in Australia
