Starting salary & earnings

We pay for potential and performance. From day one you'll have clear targets and transparent OTE.

  • Base
    : $72,000–$78,000 + super (depending on experience).
  • OTE Year 1
    : $95,000–$120,000 (uncapped).
  • Top performers
    (upper quartile): $120,000–$130,000+.
  • Commission
    : uncapped, paid monthly, accelerators after target.

Here's what you can expect:

  • SPIN playbook, live role-plays, call reviews, and objection handling.

What you'll do

You'll turn curiosity into commitment. You'll research accounts, ask sharp questions, map stakeholders, and close cleanly. You'll partner with Marketing and Production to make sure the right people attend the right events. You'll keep a truthful pipeline and tight next steps.

  • Sell delegate passes via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Run SPIN discovery and tailor value to the buyer.
  • Build and manage pipeline in the CRM with crisp notes and follow-through.
  • Hit weekly activity and revenue targets you can see in real time.
  • Represent FuturePlace from first contact through to onsite experience.

Who we are looking for

You're youthful, extroverted, and competitive (in the best way). You like pace, targets, and a daily scoreboard. You're coachable, thick-skinned, and hungry to learn. Maybe you've sold before; maybe you haven't. Grads are absolutely welcome if you can show drive and learning speed - some of our best were straight out of uni.

  • Confident on the phone; clean written messages.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior executives.
  • Organised, persistent, and accountable.
  • Event, recruitment, or software sales experience is a plus.
