The Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us convert inbound interest and outbound campaigns into qualified opportunities and closed deals.

This is a hands-on sales role. You'll be working directly with our CEO & Co-Founder to build a pipeline, open doors, and help us scale from 20 to 80 customers.

You'll combine persistence and process with empathy and insight. Selling AI into e-commerce ops isn't just about volume. It's about deeply understanding the problem we're solving.

What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing and qualifying outbound leads

Running cold outreach sequences and responding to inbound leads

Owning the top of funnel and leading discovery calls with decision-makers

Helping shape the narrative and sharpen Keeyu's pitch as we enter new verticals and markets

Supporting the CEO with follow-ups, demo scheduling, and deal handover to the onboarding team

Attending key industry events and engaging with prospective customers in-person and online

What We're Looking For

Based in Australia (Sydney preferred)

2+ years in SaaS or e-commerce technology sales

Track record of outbound prospecting and converting cold leads to meetings

Confident running discovery and explaining how AI delivers business value

Comfortable navigating a sales cycle from cold to close

Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to open doors

Familiarity with e-commerce and post-purchase operations is a strong plus

Bonus: experience working closely with a founder or small GTM team in an early-stage startup
