Known for elevating timber into a design statement, they work on some of the country's most iconic and high-end projects.
We're now searching for a Business Development Manager to be the trusted face of the brand across the architecture, design, and construction community.
About the Role
This isn't your average sales role. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be a strategic partner to Australia's top architects, designers, developers, and builders, someone they rely on when premium timber is part of their creative vision. You'll drive business growth while playing an influential role in shaping some of the most beautiful spaces in the country.
What you'll be doing
- Expanding the brand's presence across the architecture and design community
- Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities
- Delivering a premium, end-to-end experience for clients
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure flawless project delivery
- Keeping Salesforce up to date to support data-driven decisions
- Representing the brand at industry events, networking functions, and design showcases
- Being a passionate ambassador for the business

- A proven track record in sales and exceeding targets
- The ability to build high-trust relationships with professionals in design and construction
- Drive, initiative, and a hunter mindset

- Strong attention to detail in CRM use and reporting
