It’s an exciting time to join our Retirement Living business. In the next 12 months we will be going through a period of transformation and change, reaffirming the Retirement Living business as a key market stakeholder and allowing us to focus on works best for our business and the people we service.

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to assist the Lendlease Retirement Living procurement team with administrative tasks involved in the procurement for the national portfolio of Retirement Villages.

Reporting through to the Procurement Strategy National Manager - Retirement Living, your key accountabilities in this role will include:
- Providing general administrative support to the procurement team- Operating and maintaining the procurement management system- Liaising with suppliers to gather or update information in the system- Raising, processing and maintaining records of purchase orders- Updating finance data base with supplier information- Ensuring we hold relevant and current insurances for suppliers- Liaise with village management teams to process supplier agreement renewals

About you:
Your proactive and driven attitude will see you succeed in the team, as well as an ability to work autonomously to deliver professional outcomes. Effective stakeholder engagement and strong communication and efficient data system management will be key to your success in this role as will:
- Demonstrated administration skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail- Intermediate excel skills process driven, with a system-based education
