This role, Head of Talent, is our first People Ops hire and will blend talent acquisition and people processes.

**About you**

You’re experienced in talent acquisition and love the craft which finds and attracts the best talent into a business. With ten or so years of experience, at least half within tech, you’ll have an intimate understanding of how best to operate effectively using modern tooling. Whilst talent acquisition has been your focus over this time, your remit has extended further into people ops processes, something that you enjoy.

**What you’ll do**

We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented HR professional to join our team; someone who wants to enjoy the benefits of working with a scaling tech company, and be the pioneering member of the People Ops team. First and foremost, you’ll be responsible for driving talent acquisition and retention at Mutinex. In parallel to accelerating our shorter term talent requirements, you’ll implement processes and procedures to decrease the cost and speed to hire excellent team members. With access to the marketing function and Chief of Staff, you’ll use the necessary tools and people to drive this agenda.

**Here’s a little more about what you’ll do**:

- Develop the global recruitment strategy and standards to lead and execute in order to attract the most ambitious and industrious people.
- Build talent pipelines for short
- and mid-term.
- Consolidate, refine and standardise our interview process.
- Work collaboratively to establish and deliver an impactful induction process and employee experience.
- Define and report on key recruitment measures: time-to-hire, successful hires, referrals, attrition rates.

**Things that we’d love**
- Proven talent acquisition and people ops management (6+years).
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Successfully supported a scaling business (ideally in tech).
- Tech savvy with experience in implementing and maintaining an ATS and owning HRIS.
- Comfortable working with data to provide insight and recommendations.
