Our team has grown rapidly this year, and we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time **Recruitment Marketing Specialist and Talent Sourcer **to join our Recruitment Marketing team. You can work from our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane or from our office in the Melbourne CBD

**Your next opportunity**:
You will primarily use tools like Facebook, Linkedin Headhunter, and Talent Search through Seek and Indeed to source applicants, but you will have the freedom to get creative in bringing applicants to the table through whatever mediums you find most effective.

**What you will bring to our team**:
As our newest Specialist, you will have previous experience working in customer service, marketing or recruitment. You will also possess the following skills:

- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Great relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
