**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the CEO, this is a unique opportunity to gain a range of business skills and explore the recruitment industry. Whilst tasks may vary in line with customer needs, key accountabilities will include:
**Business Support**:

- Collaborating with the CEO to develop, implement, and manage operational processes and strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
- Regular quality control checks to ensure processes, documents and services are meeting the organisation’s standards.
- Updating the CRM to ensure all information and aligned to metrics
- Administering contracts through Secured Signing.
- CEO diary management and scheduling interviews for executive recruitment.
- Meeting room bookings and preparation for weekly team meetings.
- Document preparation such as proposals, resumes, templates, market insights and excel spreadsheets.
- Managing office environment including supplies, supplier management, etc.

**Marketing & Events**:

- Developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and value.
- Utilising the CRM system and marketing automation tools to create targeted, segmented campaigns.
- Maintaining and growing the Think Talent website with relevant, up to date content, ensuring visual identity is consistently on-brand.
- Crafting engaging written content for regular blog posts, e-newsletters, social media (LinkedIn), and website.
- Reviewing and maintaining advertising across a range of channels including LinkedIn, the Think Talent website, Seek and Indeed.
- Think Talent event management and associated content management.

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you will need:

- Degree qualifications or 1-2 years of relevant commercial experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- An eye for detail and quality assurance focus.
- Proven ability to operate in both a strategic and operational capacity.
