As the Head of Talent Acquisition at blueAPACHE, you will be responsible for developing and executing our talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent for our organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment efforts with our business objectives.

The role involves:

- Leading and managing a team of talent acquisition professionals
- Designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies
- Monitoring recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to senior management

You will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition function and driving the success of our organization through effective recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition or similar role, ideally within the IT services industry or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Experience leading and developing a team of talented recruitment professionals
- Strong understanding of HR and employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies
- High level of professionalism and integrity
