**The Role**

Ensure service delivery is timely, responsive and aligned with individual client needs, while meeting regulatory, quality and organisational standards. some of the main responsibilities of the role include:

- Coordinating services to elders in their home, employing a ‘client needs’ mentality.
- Coordinate the delivery of in-home services to elders living at home according to stakeholder requirements, quality standards and program guidelines.
- First point of contact for clients for service arrangements.
- Representing MiCare externally to engage different stakeholders.
- Manage and facilitate the transfer of information across all stakeholders efficiently.
- Support Personal Care Assistants in the delivery of services.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Qualifications**
- A qualification relevant to the role and function of this position such as a certificate III in Business Administration, Aged Care.

**Experience**
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs including high level experience in Excel, Word and Outlook and rostering programs.
- High level administration skills, including data entry, and computer operations.
- Knowledge of the Home Care Standards and compliance.
- Working understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Working knowledge of employment Awards and EBAs relevant to Direct Care staff.
- Understanding of the ageing process.
- Previous experience in rostering and coordinating, preferably in Aged Care services environment.
- Experience with Client Management Systems, such as AlayaCare.
- Previous experience with general office duties and inbound calls.
