Studco Building Systems are currently searching for the next leader to join our team

You will be an integral part of Studco’s Sales Support Team providing high quality and consistent service to our customers as well as mentoring and coaching a small team.

The Role will be primarily focused on the following;
- Supporting and coaching our existing team in the day to day challenges faced by the front line staff.
- Identifying pain points and following up with training and guidance to rectify.
- Local order entry, customer follow up and coordination of pickups and deliveries as required.
- Working within the National Customer Service team to provide a seamless and consistent approach to all customers throughout the Australian business.
- Administration duties at the local branch and any other admin duties as requested.

You will be a vital player on Studco’s Sales Support Team and will be joining one of the fastest-growing, most dynamic companies in the industry. A willingness to learn, a preparedness to push yourself to play in an industry-leading team, and a 100% commitment to the Studco Strategic Objectives will make you successful in this position.

**KEY EFFECTIVENESS AREAS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Key Responsibilities Areas**:

- Monitor and process orders and quotes.
- Provide excellent internal sales support for all the sales team including Sales Reps and the State Manager.
- Actively contribute in all Customer Service / Sales meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts.
- Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to financial details and customer/supplier details.

**Teamwork Responsibilities**
- Be prepared to learn. Call out for additional assistance immediately when a question comes up that you are not highly competent in responding to.
- Be a team player. Work with the Studco Team for the good of the whole business.
- Share knowledge to actively help train and support fellow team members
- Abide by communication protocol for all Studco Team members.
- Promote a safe working environment

**SELECTION CRITERIA**

**Preferred knowledge**:

- Know and value the need for fanatical customer service
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferred)
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.

**Preferred skills**:
Previous experience managing a small team preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent listener and proficient in verbal communication and presentation
- Attention to detail
- Time and task management
- Team player and team builder

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
