**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Customer Service**:

- Manage all aspects of customer inquiries, including quoting, order processing, and dispatch.
- Organise shipping for built engines, including creating and managing shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of engine orders and returns, ensuring seamless operations and inventory management.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate and analyse regular reports on sales performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
- Maintain detailed records in our spreadsheets for warranty and retail transactions, ensuring data accuracy and availability.

**Quality Control and Logistics**:

- Oversee the quality of our incoming product, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of products, including ongoing cost analysis and operational assessments.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Foster strong relationships with customers and our OEM supplier, enhancing loyalty and trust through excellent service.
- Proactively address customer needs, going beyond problem-solving to create memorable and positive experiences.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify and resolve safety issues, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.

**Objective**:

- Set new standards of excellence by fostering innovation and collaboration within the team.
- Actively engage in company initiatives to improve processes and enhance productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and familiarity with industrial software systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service orientation.
