- Hybrid - 2 to 3 days in Office
- Temp to Permanent Opportunity
- Rotating shift: 8.00am to 4.00pm & 10.00am to 6.00pm
- Monday to Friday

**The Client**

Our client is known for being a world-leading designer and manufacturer of air, fuel, hydraulic and lube filtration for all engine-powered equipment. They currently have an urgent requirement for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator / Administration Officer to join their friendly, supportive team.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and complaints by telephone or electronically. ensuring superior customer experience
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments including purchasing, warehouse etc as necessary, to escalate and direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate person for action
- Follow through on customer queries in a timely manner
- Ensure records of customer enquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken are kept up to date and recorded
- Organising customer pricing, shipping and deliveries
- Investigative work with e.g. short supply of product, shipping issues
- Process invoices, order entry and record and process orders within departmental time frames
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services and processes to deal confidently with customers
- Fast and accurate data entry (skills evaluation will be conducted) - I.T. savvy a must
- Ensure own tasks and procedures are documented

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service roles i.e. outbound calling within a retail/customer service environment (trucking and/or automotive industry) would be highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of initiative, flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Well-developed organisation and problem-solving skills

It goes without saying you have high attention to detail and exceptional computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office. Fast and accurate data entry is a must.
**An Alphanumeric and Numeric skills evaluation will be conducted.
