**About the Role**

The Corporate People & Capability Manager works across the corporate business in Justice and Immigration.

It leads key ASPAC driven projects and initiatives such as Employee Engagement, Annual REM Review and Business Risk Audits across Justice and Immigration. This role is responsible for implementing P&C strategies for the J&I Directors and other leaders. This role is also responsible for providing HR support to the Executive Management team, Support Services.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage the Employee Engagement Survey across Justice and Immigration, to deliver the survey, drive results and participation, communicate results and to deliver measurable action plans
- Manage the Annual Remuneration Review and ensure all data collated is accurate and collaboration occurs with the Executive Management Team and the Rewards team in ASPAC.
- Deliver/implement performance management coaching and development for People leaders in the Corporate Offices.
- Employee Relations - provide expert advice, guidance, and support to people managers in areas of performance management, including investigation and disciplinary processes
- Management of the People and Capability Coordinator including ongoing development and support.
- Manage the Talent and Succession program for the Executive Management team and for Common Law employees for Justice and Immigration and assist with the collaboration of the Talent and Succession plan and review at site level for contracts.
- Develop managers through coaching on people and capability policies and procedures.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in human resource management or a related field
- Generalist HR background working across the employment lifecycle with sound knowledge HR specialisms i.e. Reward, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, OD, L&D and Employee/Industrial Relations
- Ability to analyse people issues and relate them to commercial outcomes Highly Highly developed coaching/mentoring skills.
- A high level of personal resilience to lead through ambiguity and manage competing priorities Requirements
- A current Australian Federal Police Clearance.
