This is a true HR partnering role, where you will be supporting a dedicated client group across the full employee lifecycle. Working within a smaller HR team, you will work closely with a team 5 across the employee lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the HR team to implement best practice HR initiatives, strategies and strategies. Additionally, you will work with your client group to support them with day-to-day people management. Some additional duties include:

- Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees in managing employee relations matters, e.g. performance management.
- Provide guidance and input on organisational restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Provide guidance and advice regarding people management, policies and procedures;
- Provide advice and guidance & support talent acquisition;
- Support health and wellbeing of employees.

In this newly created role, you will be given the opportunity to grow your HR career & be supported by a genuine and collaborative leader who will help to develop your HR expertise. This role is well suited to someone who passionate about HR and possesses the below attributes and experience:

- Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience, ideally 3-4 years experience;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability build relationships with people across all levels of the business;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Strong sound judgment and emotional intelligence;
- Ideally some employee relations experience with a proven ability to interpret awards;
- Collaborative approach and ability to work well within a team as well as independently
