This is a broad role where you will be responsible for the whole employee lifecycle, coaching leaders on people matters implementing policies, procedures and systems.

Objectives of this role is to support the Executive leadership team in the following areas:

- Building a cohesive, high-performance culture.
- Providing sound HR and company culture advice across the business.
- Timely and effective management of employee related issues.
- Maintaining an up-to-date HR policy framework.
- Positively contributing to driving employee accountability and cross-functional team dynamics.
- Enhancing employer brand to attract and retain high performers.

Ideally you will come with:

- Tertiary qualifications in human resources
- 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role with well-developed capabilities in contemporary human resources management and organisational development
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational level
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement workforce strategies
- Demonstrated experience in creating an engaged culture and successfully leading organisational culture change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, and regulations
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a consultative and collaborative style
- A pro-active, solutions-focused approach supported by strong analytical skills - Ability to operate on a hands-on basis at all levels of an organisation
