**What you will be doing**
The **Customer Retention Specialist **will have direct contact with existing mortgage customers, to identify their individual financial needs to provide effective mortgage solutions that enhance their experience with Great Southern Bank. In the role you will...
- Create a seamless Great Southern Bank experience for customer through every interaction in a way that will exceed expectations and surpass the best in industry.
- Proactively create solutions for customers, leveraging stakeholder relationships.
- Accountability for meeting service standards while delivering against agreed operational requirements.
- Share knowledge, wins and achievements with the team and wider business to help improve our customer experience.
- Continuously encourage raised awareness and support for Great Southern Bank’s retention strategy.
**A little bit about you**
- Passionate about Home Loans and providing a world class banking experience
- Understanding of relevant legislation, compliance and operations
- Demonstrated relationship management and communication skills
- Strong intuitive problem solving and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in financial services and mortgage lending
- Sound customer centric decision-making abilities
- Organised, love working at pace
