A private, family-owned company, they are passionate about providing lending and financial solutions to those wanting to avoid big banks and lenders. They pride themselves on their tailored service and solutions for Victorians, specialising in home lending. Their business continues to grow, and as such, they are currently seeking a Customer Service & Retentions Officer to join their team full time in Northcote.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for handing warm inbound and outbound calls, and assisting customers with their queries and requests. You will be proactively engaging customers, performing retention activities, and supporting other areas of the business as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous customer service & retentions experience within the banking and finance industry
- Strong customer service skills within a call/contact centre environment
- High attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong computer skills

**What you'll get in return**

- Working in a delightful office in Northcote close to public transport, restaurants, bars, cafés, and parks
- Flexibility with office hours (EG. 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm)
- Free parking
- Annual salary of $60,000 to $70,000 + super
