Overview We’re currently recruiting 20 Retention Consultants to join our client’s dynamic customer team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large Health Insurance firm focused on delivering outstanding service and customer retention. Role Retention Consultant – Temporary Opportunity (20+ Roles Available) - Location: Melbourne (Hybrid) - Start Date: 18 November 2025 - Contract Type: Temporary - Pay Rate: $44 + super per hour - Roster: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00am – 8:15pm - Late Shift: Some roles require a late shift (11:45am – 8:15pm), five days a week; these roles are fully remote. What You’ll Do - Engage with existing customers to understand concerns and offer tailored retention solutions - Manage inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism - Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Meet individual KPIs related to retention, quality, and service standards - Accurately update customer records and navigate internal systems What You’ll Need - Previous experience in customer retention, call centre, or a customer service environment - Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Ability to commit to the full training period and assigned shift schedule - Comfort working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Why Join?
