We're looking for a Churn Specialist & Customer Retention Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between working remotely and on-site. If you've got a knack for understanding customer needs, creating retention strategies, and turning at-risk clients into loyal fans, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and analyse at-risk customers through data-driven insights
  • Develop and implement effective retention campaigns and procedures.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams for seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborate with C suite management on process and software enhancements if needed.
  • Report on churn metrics and work proactively to reduce churn rates
  • BONUS - Run social media campaigns and ads to engage and retain members – a massive bonus that will be considered in your final salary
  • BONUS - ability to create emails using klaviyo

  • Proven experience in customer retention or account management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
  • Experience with social media advertising and campaigns
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service
  • A proactive team player
