The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the end-to-end order to delivery processes, including demand & planning, inventory control, packaging & logistics.

Responsible for developing and monitoring Norma’s supply chain strategy, through improving productivity and efficiency while reducing costs and developing and maintaining customer satisfaction metrics. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure that all operations meet quality, safety and delivery standards.

In order to facilitate future sales growth, the Supply Chain Manager will continuously analyse customer feedback and design and implement plans to ensure that future growth is effectively managed and the future footprint of suppliers and DC’s is planned.

**Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned**:

- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
- Lead, coach and inspire team to meet company objectives.
- Implementing ‘best practice’ supply chain methods and driving end-to-end continuous improvement.
- Development and implementation of supply chain plans to ensure full and seamless flow of products through inventory management, and demand & supply planning.
- Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Develop and imbed the Sales, Inventory, Operations and Purchasing (SIOP) process.
- Coordinate deliveries for all products to achieve company delivery metrics (DIFOT, OTD, OTTR) ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Undertake continuous improvement projects locally and part of a global team.
- Achieve company objectives for delivery to customers, inventory and productivity targets.
- Work towards Global company objectives.
- Focus on safety, cost management and business growth.
- Analyse, optimize and oversee inventory procedures & stocktakes.
- Build team through identification of high potentials and plan for.
- Financial management of the end-to-end supply chain including implementation of programs for strategic growth and profitability in line with business objectives.

**Profile**:

- Degree in business, marketing, accounting or MBA qualification
- Extensive experience with Supply Chain Management; ideally in a high SKU environment.
- Experience in lean tools, models and methods.
- Demonstrated efficiency improvements in previous roles.
- Demonstrated commercial analytical experience and strong reporting skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Experience with an ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- End-to-end supply chain experience.
- Experiences with Health and Safety procedural best practice in Supply Chain Management.
- Commercially astute.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines.
