**Flow Analyst Afternoon Shift | MSRDC, Dandenong South
- Work onsite at our Melbourne South Regional Distribution Centre (MSRDC) which has state-of-the-art and latest cutting-edge technology in automation
- Manage and oversee the performance of Flow System Operations of MSRDC to meet People, Safety and Service expectations
- Afternoon shift role available, Tuesday to Saturday

**The Opportunity**

Key responsibilities will include however not be limited to:

- To manage and oversee the flow systems within the distribution centre
- Monitoring DC progress against the daily Operational Plan (e.g. unloading rates, receiving rate, delivery windows) to ensure performance/service levels are met
- Report on any deviations to plan from automation (e.g. we are falling behind in our palletising area and this might risk the DC’s ability to hit delivery windows)
- Work with SCADA Operators to understand cause and effect of automation issues, from an operational perspective
- Use automation and related systems, including Planning tools, Operational Dashboards, CCTV, UHF Radios
- Perform user and product audits and identify where adjustments are required to improve accuracy
- Manage the introduction of new products into the DC and the required system information to allow for automated handling
- Correct problems related to product handling issues throughout the DC including root cause analysis and rectification
- Maintain accurate inventory and provide internal and external business units with accurate reports

**Who we’re looking for**

Together with demonstrated success in a similar role and your ability to influence, we are seeking the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in automation, manufacturing or system analysis is highly regarded. Relevant qualifications desired but not necessary.
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to convey information with the required sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve desired results
- A focus on process improvement
- Previous exposure, experience and interest with various operating systems
- Flexibility to meet business needs
