A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our global support office in Dandenong South. Daniels Health is a global healthcare services and product organisation. We have brand new purpose built offices in Dandeonong south. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and Maintain sales / purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Creating customs documents for shipments globally.
- Managing Delivery Note / Receipt note process, following up with warehouses.
- Checking Supplier, Freight Forwarder and Courier invoices.
- Handling supplier queries and issues.
- Liaising with both internal / external customers on availability of stock and deliveries.
- Ensuring order forms are correct and accurate.
- Assisting Forecasting stock requirements for USA, Canada & UK.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a supply chain role
- Excellent knowledge of supplier and quality management practices
- Sound collaboration skills to resolve long and short positions in inventory
- Experience in 3PL warehouse operations, logistics, planning and inventory management
- Experience in freight management and logistics cost control
- Relevant Diploma or degree qualification
- Previous experience using ERP software systems beneficial
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive and motivated attitude to work
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-skilled environment
- Great communication and relationship building skills
