An exciting opportunity is available for a driven and versatile HR Business Partner (Culture & People Business Partner) to be part of our Primary Connect business. **About the Opportunity
Partnering with the Supply Chain Manager and the broader leadership team, you will provide strategic & operational HR support and guidance to the business, enabling us to meet our business objectives. While this will primarily support the team across our Dandenong South and Mulgrave Distribution Centres, there would potentially be opportunities to support across our other Melbourne sites.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

- Implementing people strategies that attract, develop and retain talent
- Partnering with senior stakeholders for the effective delivery of people strategies, including aligning performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives
- Building leadership capability across the talent pipeline
- Partnering with leaders to develop engagement initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Providing actionable insights to leaders on trends in people data and providing support and coaching to act on this data
- Managing the implementation of people change initiatives

Working in an agile environment, you will be supported by a flexible and adaptive, high performing People team. You will have great exposure to large scale people initiatives through participation in people tribes and squads. Please note that this role requires you to have face to face interactions with key stakeholders hence you will be required to work on site with flexibility to work from home from time to time.

We’re looking for a resilient and relationship driven Business Partner who has demonstrated experience in a blue collar environment. This role will suit someone with strong HR foundations and excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

You will be supporting a highly unionised workforce, including permanent and contract / labour hire team members, so experience dealing with unions is highly desirable. You must also have IR & ER experience, ideally gained from a large, highly matrixed organisation.

Engaging with stakeholders is no secret for you You have an exceptional ability to build lasting relationships and partner with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation - a skill that has been developed through your previous experience in a strategic business partner role. You will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to think and plan for the long term, and the capability to diagnose issues and use data and insights to influence solutions/outcomes. You will have a passion for understanding your stakeholders and mastery in embedding yourself into their world as a trusted and collaborative partner.
