**Role overview**
Our aim is to be the leading wholesale aggregation business in Australia. The Partnership Manager is the face of the PCF Group and the primary relationship owner for brokers within their portfolio. The primary objective is to grow and manage a profitable portfolio of broker businesses.
**Your ownership will include**:
1. Grow a profitable portfolio of broker businesses
2. Assist brokers to save time by embedding MyCRM technology and optimising its use by brokers
3. Ensure brokers and their businesses remain safe and compliant by providing support to meet their compliance obligations in a time effective way
4. Recruit quality businesses into your portfolio consistent with the PCF Group business proposition. Each PM can recruit across PCF Brands and commercial terms, specifically Flat Fee or Transaction Fee models
5. Make a broader contribution at a state level and across the group
**Qualifications**
- Diploma Financial Services or degree qualified preferred
**Experience**
- Residential or commercial lending experience
- Proven ability to work with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proven ability to work with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and sales background
- Well honed relationship management skills
- Ability to build a recruitment pipeline of key broker businesses and actively engage with them with a view to recruiting them into Plan Australia, Choice Aggregation and FAST
- Enjoys engaging with others and collaborating
- Likes to be challenged and to challenge others
- Desire to ‘make a difference’
