Australia's leading non-profit organisation, supporting Australian's with an autoimmune disease, are on the hunt for a new Partnerships Manager.

In this exciting, multi-faceted role, you will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Partnerships to develop, manage and execute the organisation's commercial and partnerships strategy, working closely with partners in the FMCG/ Supermarkets/ Food Services space.

As the organisation evolves into a social enterprise, these roles are critical in ensuring commercial partnerships drive revenue, brand awareness, and long-term collaboration. The roles will manage partners across the full lifecycle, from onboarding, through to cross-sell/ up-sell and nurturing the relationship, ensuring alignment with the organisation's mission and strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

  • Managing a portfolio of accredited food service venues (cafes, restaurants and caterers)and endorsed FMCG and retail partners (supermarkets and packaged food brands)
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships
  • Liaising with internal teams and third-parties to ensure timely progress through the process
  • Serve as the key day-to-day contact for assigned partners
  • Supporting the Head of Partnerships in the acquisition of new partners through prospecting, proposal development and onboarding
  • Ensuring administrative tasks such as contracts, CRM updates and reporting are up-to-date and accurate.

What you'll need to secure the role:

  • Extensive experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or sponsorships within the food services, FMCG/ Supermarkets sector
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • High attention to detail
  • A proactive, accountable, collaborative and inclusive approach

Salary - $110-115k + super + salary packaging ($15k approx)
