Partnership Manager
in Melbourne or Sydney.

You will be instrumental in building a key ecosystem of integrated software partners, directly impacting the product offering and revenue growth of a platform used by thousands of top-tier businesses across the
food & beverage and retail sectors

The Client & The Role

Our client is renowned for their modern, cloud-based POS solution and their aggressive growth strategy in both Hospitality and Retail. They believe the future of commerce lies in a seamlessly integrated software ecosystem.

The Software Partnership Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the
integration strategy
across the ANZ market. This role is highly strategic and requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills to connect with a diverse range of software partners.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Strategic Growth:
    Develop and execute the software partnership strategy for the ANZ region, focusing on identifying key integration partners that enhance the core POS product for both
    Hospitality (e.g., Reservations, Delivery, Labour)
    and
    Retail (e.g., eCommerce, Inventory, CRM)
    .

  • Deal Sourcing & Negotiation:
    Proactively identify, qualify, and lead negotiations with third-party software vendors to secure mutually beneficial technology integration agreements.

  • Ecosystem Management:
    Own the full partner lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract signing, technical integration planning (in collaboration with Product/Engineering), and joint Go-to-Market execution.

  • Commercial Enablement:
    Work closely with the client's ANZ Sales and Marketing teams to create co-selling programs, partner enablement materials, and joint campaigns that drive partner-influenced revenue in both target verticals.

  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor partner performance, analyse integration adoption rates, and provide senior leadership with regular reports on the health and ROI of the partner ecosystem.

  • Industry Representation:
    Act as the face of the client's partnership program at industry events and conferences across Australia.

What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience)

  • 4+ years
    of demonstrable success in a Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Management role within a
    B2B SaaS
    environment.

  • Strong understanding of the Hospitality and/or Retail Technology ecosystem
    (POS, eCommerce, Inventory Management, CRM, etc.). Experience bridging solutions across both sectors is highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to negotiate and close complex commercial and technical partnership agreements.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing both technical and executive audiences.

  • A results-oriented, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for building new programs from the ground up.

  • Fluency with CRM and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
