**About the company**
Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation providing social and affordable housing, has a permanent opportunity for a Housing Manager/ Tenancy Manager to join their team. The role will be based in their centrally located Sydney office.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
The Housing Manager/ Tenancy Manager will manage the end-to-end tenancy of their housing portfolio. This role would suit a residential property manager seeking a role within the not-for-profit sector or someone currently already in a similar role.

The role is Monday - Friday with no weekend work, no leasing and no open houses.

Duties include:

- Managing incoming tenants
- Collecting bonds
- Chasing rental arrears
- Managing tenant inspections
- Referring tenants to support services
- Facilitating tenant engagement events
- Resolving breach of tenancy issues
- Experience in property management or community housing
- Current NSW driving license
- Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds
