The Partnership Manager (Corporate) is the face of Good360 with our Corporate Partners, responsible for being the partnerships & relationships leader for our corporate partners. **About You** You are a highly motivated and energetic person, with the ability to think strategically and outside the box. You love doing great business and finding fertile ground for collaboration. This is an exciting and fulfilling role that will change the lives of Australians in need, creating environmental change and providing businesses with a corporate social responsibility strategy to engage employees and consumers. The main objectives of this role are to develop, maintain and enhance our corporate partnerships, grow our revenue base and new product donations in key product categories, as well as building our brand with our partners. Support Head of Merchandise with partnership meetings, product donation and product planning Collaborating with cross-functional members of the Good360 team, and in particular the Marketing and Communications team, you will facilitate the implementation of cause marketing campaigns and other programs with our partners. Work closely with Revenue & Growth - General Manager, Head of Merchandise, Head of Customer Success & Membership, other Partnership Managers, Marketing and Communications team, Head of Sustainability and Head of Government & Philanthropy. External: Good360 supporters including: Government, philanthropic organisations, retailers, corporate donors, charities and schools. **Essential Qualities** - Demonstrate a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, planning & organisation skills, great written & verbal communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. - Must be an intermediate-to-advanced level in Excel and have familiarity across the MS Office package in general - An ability to work in a small team environment which is constantly changing and evolving, with a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast - paced & deadline-driven environment. - Experience with external relationship building and customer management. - Will have familiarity with retail/wholesale buying, planning and inventory management as well as supply chain logistics. Experience working with stock and management of stock and or previous donor/buying/planning/logistics experience - Ability to build Good360’s profile and raise awareness of Good360 with corporate partners, retailers, manufacturers & business donors. - Demonstrated experience in identifying new partnership & growth opportunities with corporate partners.
