Led by a dynamic CEO & Founder, the business is expanding and now seeking a Partnerships Manager to help drive its next phase of strategic growth. The Role:

As the Partnerships Manager,
you'll play a critical role in driving business growth through the development and management of strategic relationships. Your focus will be on building and nurturing partnerships with key referral sources — including real estate professionals, financial advisers, accountants, lawyers, and other aligned networks.

This is a relationship-focused role for a commercially minded professional who understands the value of trust, consistency, and service excellence in a high-end financial services context.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive high-quality referral business
  • Creating tailored engagement strategies to foster long-term partner relationships
  • Representing the firm at networking events, industry functions, and partner meetings
  • Collaborating closely with the broker and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners and referred clients
  • Tracking partnership performance and providing insights to improve outcomes
  • Supporting strategic growth initiatives and identifying new business opportunities in aligned markets

About You:

You're a confident, proactive relationship builder with a track record of success in partnership, business development, or client-facing roles — ideally within financial services, property, or professional services. You understand the importance of reputation and relationships in a premium environment and have the polish to engage with high-level stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in partnerships, relationship management, or business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage, influence, and build trust
  • A commercially minded approach and a passion for growth
  • The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a high-performing team
  • Familiarity with financial services or mortgage broking (highly desirable but not essential)
