Role Description

This is a remote, full-time or part-time role for a Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships across Australia, maintaining strong relationships with partner firms, and driving business growth through collaboration and digital initiatives. You'll coordinate outreach, onboarding, and engagement with aligned professional partners — ensuring that each partnership delivers value, strengthens brand reach, and supports Lamont Law's national expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across multiple regions.

Maintain long-term relationships and oversee partner performance.

Create and implement partnership growth and engagement strategies.

Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to deliver results.

Track, analyse, and report on partnership outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management.

Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.

Strong understanding of strategic partnerships and commercial collaboration.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience within the legal, professional services, or marketing industry is highly regarded.
