We are seeking Workplace Relations Officers to join our Employee Relations team.

As a **Workplace Relations Officer**, in our ATO People business area, you’ll provide consultancy on industrial relations matters including dispute management related to legislation under the ATO Enterprise Agreement and the Workplace Relations Guide.

You will liaise with a range of stakeholders to provide advice, guidance and recommendations on diverse and sensitive employee relations issues, requiring considerable interpretation and analysis.

You may be involved in providing secretariat services for consultative forums as well as small and large scale consultation processes which lead to changes that have significant impact on employees.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in** Box Hill, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Sydney CBD or Upper Mount Gravatt**.
