**The Role**

This is a full-time role based in our Collingwood (VIC) office. This is an opportunity for a keen, customer focused, administration professional looking to develop their skill set. As a crucial part of our team, you will responsible to deliver to the following:

- Ensuring the that our Collingwood office runs smoothly with an immaculate presentation (ordering and presentation of food and office supplies as well as coordinating cleaners)
- Manning the reception desk at our Collingwood office (welcoming interviewees and external stakeholders)
- Answering the national general enquiry phonelines and online chat
- Ownership of the IT Helpdesk and troubleshooting computer issues
- Back-end administration tasks including creating Statements of Service, printing lanyards etc
- Creating internal tiles on canva, milestone and thank-yous etc
- General office administrative duties

**Skills + Experience**
- A team player committed to anzuk culture and core values
- A demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- High-level attention to detail
- Excellent telephone and verbal skills
- Exceptional IT and administration skills with the ability to use advanced computer systems
- Prior experience in an administration or customer relationship focused role preferred
