The Customer Experience Branch interacts with all areas of Council as we assist the community in navigating various Council services. This is a great opportunity to build generalist knowledge about each team within the organisation, as well as be provided with in depth training in corporate systems.
Location split between Collingwood Townhall, Richmond Town Hall, and WFH (as operationally required and following the Council Hybrid Working Policy)
Work hours between 8am to 5:15pm weekdays
