About the role:We're looking for a proactive and people-focused office manager to join our close-knit team in Collingwood. Sitting at the centre of a vibrant and fast-growing organisation, this role is key to keeping our office operations running smoothly and supporting a culture that people genuinely enjoy being part of.

You'll work closely with the operations manager and other senior team members, providing high-level office, administrative, and operational support across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience supporting leadership and driving office operations who thrives in a creative, diverse, and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, creating a functional, welcoming, and well-organised workspace
  • Act as the go-to contact for all things office-related, including vendors, systems, and supplies
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and coordinate IT setup with external providers
  • Provide administrative and project support to the operations manager and leadership team
  • Lead workplace culture initiatives, including planning social events and team activities
  • Oversee accounts receivable and assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an office manager, operations coordinator, or leadership support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
  • High attention to detail and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident engaging with people at all levels - from visitors to executives
  • Comfortable managing office systems and tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • A passion for creating a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture
  • Full working rights in Australia
