**The Team**

The Process Transition Team focuses on developing best practice systems for supporting and implementing best practice work systems for a wide range of MinterEllison clients. The vision is to optimise, enhance and leverage this work for wider implementation of automated workflows throughout the firm. This role has the opportunity to play a rewarding part in this expansion, whilst supporting the transition from legacy systems & processes across to enhanced platforms.

**The Role**

A permanent opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team is available in any of our national locations; Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth or Adelaide with hybrid working arrangements available.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

- Support the maintenance of the legacy platforms
- Support the legal teams with transitioning onto new platforms and / or new functions within legacy systems
- Pre-implementation training & project support for legal teams as well as post-implementation support;
- The associated post-implementation change process, identifying and delivering changes as required, including continuous improvement, monitoring, audit and compliance control;

**More About You**
- 2-5 years experience operating in a smilir business analyst role
- High degree of IT literacy (i.e excel advanced is essential)
- Interest in developing and supporting IT systems for volume work
- Passion for continuous improvement and commitment to delivering outcomes
- Extensive experience in analysis and problem solving
- Self-motivated, results driven and high commitment to service excellence
