- Process Re-engineering: Lead workshops and design sessions to solve complex process challenges.
- Cross-Functional Improvement: Partner with functional leads to design and embed end-to-end processes.
- Process Governance: Establish and monitor process standards, clarify ownership, and drive adherence.
- Capability Building: Coach leaders and teams in CI tools and techniques.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with IT to define the size, cost, and scope of initiatives.
- Measurement & Reporting: Track benefits and embed metrics for efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Strategic Support: Provide CI expertise to the Operations Manager for project design and delivery.
- Experienced Leader: Expertise in Lean and structured CI methods, with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements.
- Collaborative Communicator: Highly engaging and influential in embedding process ownership and accountability.
- Problem Solver: Hands-on approach to solving challenges and driving sustainable change.
- Industry Knowledgeable: Experience in construction or construction-related functions is advantageous.
- Governance Champion: Ability to balance governance with practical improvement delivery.
- Tangible improvements in efficiency, cost, and risk through re-engineered processes.
- Embedded process management standards with clear ownership.
- High satisfaction from functional leads with CI support.
- Streamlined and standardised cross-functional processes.
