**The Role**
Would you like to take up a unique opportunity to contribute to the government’s vision for genuine tripartite engagement with stakeholders in the vocational education and training (VET) sector? Would you like to showcase and build your skills in stakeholder engagement and networking, at the same time as learning about the range of important reforms happening across the department?
- Design and implementation of a strategy and plan to support consistent, timely and effective engagement with stakeholders across the Skills and Training Group
- Design and implementation of internal stakeholder engagement and consultation forums and activities, with a view to driving longer term cultural change within the Group Advice, briefing and input in relation to stakeholder engagement issues, approaches and consultation activities undertaken across the Group.

**Skills and Capabilities**
The Skills Stakeholder Engagement Team is looking for people with strong communication and liaison skills and excellent attention to detail. The role requires someone who enjoys operating in a busy, collaborative, and evolving work environment and can manage competing and changing priorities.

Applicants can be based in any of the DEWR offices.

**The Opportunity**
This position is available to Ongoing Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and APS employees as a temporary transfer at level or a temporary performance (Acting) opportunity for a period of 6-12 months.
