New opportunity to work in Project Support for a large organisation operating in higher education

**Your new company**

This well known organisation is currently undergoing exciting change. You will be working in a team and project environment within the higher education industry.

**Your new role**

This role will see you utilising you project skills along with some administration skills. As you will be working in a technology environment, it will be extremely beneficial for you to have previous experience working in an IT/Technology based project. Your duties will be varied and therefore, you will need to have excellent time management skills, organisational skills, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Within the project, you will be required to coordinate and attend meetings, collate information (which may be technical in terminology) and report on this, prepare business cases, plus maintain project registers and trackers.

This role will be predominantly office based due to the nature of ad hoc tasks and requirements coming up.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working in a project support role previously where you have taken on varied tasks.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal to document, present and liaise with key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated time management, organisational skills and time management.
- Ideally, knowledge or experience of IT/Technology related projects and relevant project methodology will be an advantage.
- The ability to switch priorities and tasks based on the requirements from the manager or project.
