Business Support Project Officer

**Your new company**
This State Government Department are working to support South Australians across all life stages from childhood to adulthood, by providing access to essential integrated services. They are committed to providing support that every child needs towards their aspirations. The Senior Office Manager is seeking an experienced Business Support Project officer to join the team to provide temporary support.

**Your new role**
You will be providing a range of support across and assisting with general office admin, raising purchase orders, processing bank payments, and using spreadsheets. Your tasks will be varied within this role but may include the following:

- Contribute to the effective and timely provision of finance and procurement services.
- Provide support and backup to the HR function as required, including HR and payroll administration
- Maintaining contact lists, information storage and file tracking
- Working within Microsoft Excel to create Dashboards and Registers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Experience supporting Office Manager
- Effective and professional communication across written and verbal means.
- High level Microsoft Excel experience with knowledge on creating Dashboards and Registers.
- A current Working with Children Check
