Our client is a dynamic and fast growing furniture supplier specialising in delivery of contract furniture for hospitality and workplace fitouts. Products supplied are either sourced directly from our overseas suppliers, local wholesalers or manufacturers.
**The Opportunity**
Due to a rapid growth period we are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join the team as a Project Supplier Coordinator & Sales Support.
This position requires high degree of organization skills, self-motivation, dedication and commitment to ensure the company’s projects are delivered in a smooth and efficient manner. Transparent processes, attention to detail, follow up and communication techniques are all attributes you will bring to the role to provide exceptional Operational & administrative support for the wider team.
A key aspect of the role is to ensure projects and custom installations are delivered to specification, budget and on-time. If things start to deviate, it will be your responsibility to manage any variances in conjunction with the Managing Director and Sales Representative(s).
**What you'll be doing**:
The position is an integral position encompassing:
- Contractor Management and Coordination
- Contribution to Project Delivery
- Third party product supply coordination
- Supplier quotes and delivery control
- Freight quotes and bookings
- On time job delivery outcomes
- Managing internal project documentation
- Process communication with sales team
- Product technical support including image library

**Skills & Experience**:
- 5 years minimum experience in project management and or project management support.
- Supply chain management. Delivery coordination from multiple sources
- Quote requisition. Work to deadlines. Clear communication
- You must be a problem solver and take pride in your contribution not the business
- Project delivery coordination between the client and client manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, “can-do” attitude with the desire to learn and develop
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in design and interiors (an advantage)
- Ideally residing within a 30 minute commute of Padstow CBD
- The right to permanently live & work in Australia
