Project Logistics Administrator Quorum Security Systems is a leading Sydney-based security consulting, design and integration company specializing in installation, commissioning and service of state-of-the-art security, CCTV and monitoring hardware & software systems for corporate clients throughout Australia and the Asia - Pacific region. We're dynamic, young (except for our Managing Director) and informal. We operate in a fast-paced and rapidly-shifting (sometimes hourly) environment. It's challenging, but also fun The Logistics Planning area involves a range of tasks & responsibilities, as seen below. - Service & maintenance planning, and co-ordinating/managing the work of field technicians - Inventory management & equipment order placement with suppliers for all planned project work. This will include regular liaison with all our major suppliers. - Coordinating with the management team re the planning all current and future works, including urgent service calls, maintenance plans & major installations throughout Australia. - Communicating with all our stakeholders in a swift, professional manner. Processing all inquiries and issues on a self-administered priority basis. - Participating in all Management meetings and assisting with keeping the team updated on all planned and proposed works Applicants should possess some or all the following qualifications: - Previous Experience in Project Administration and/or a similar fast-paced environment - Well presented, enthusiastic, with a flexible, "can-do" attitude - The ability to communicate on a professional level with everyone, and a strong work ethic - The ability to learn quickly, with an attention to detail - Maturity and a cool head, along with the ability to use your judgement & initiative **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Supplementary Pay: - Performance bonus
