**The Role**

Partnering closely with key stakeholders externally and within our AutoGlass network, the Property Fit Out Coordinator will support with a wide range property development and maintenance projects. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting with new site fit outs to ensure service centres are ready for day one
- Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and logistics of service centre relocations
- Supporting with maintenance and upgrades to existing locations
- Working alongside stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables are met accurately and efficiently
- Project administration including maintaining accurate and up to date records of project activities
- Inter/intrastate travel required on a business needs basis

- 3+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Technology proficient including MS Office Suite
- Strong stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proven experience in planning, problem solving and ability to work in a multifaceted position
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
