Marketing Campaign Manager

**The Role**

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team on a Fixed-term 12 month contract. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring Strategic Marketing Campaigns, Promotions and Projects for all O’Brien services and products with a focus on lead generation.

This role will oversee the whole campaign process from defining the objectives and target audience to creating the content and reporting on campaign effectiveness and performance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and agency partners to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative assets.
- Amplifying TV and Radio content across other channels to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Analysing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign results, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and key performance metrics.
- Collaborating with other marketing team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts, including product changes with Marketo.
- Developing and manage other Marketing projects and initiatives as required.
- Creating a diverse range of written and visual content ensuring tone of voice, and format for best communication with the target audience across the selected channels
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships specifically to deliver strategy and campaigns
- Reviewing, editing and proofreading a variety of content for the varying audiences and outputs

- A minimum of 5 years’ Consumer Marketing experience
- Outstanding Campaign/Project management skills with the ability to ‘own’ projects, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines within budget
- Proven experience working with agencies, cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
