**The Role**

We are currently seeking an energetic and career focused Human Resources Coordinator to join a dedicated and experienced People and Leadership team. This position will provide support on a range of OD/HR projects as well as manage a number of HR related administration tasks. This is a learning role where you will grow your career by being exposed to:

- A range of interesting projects and responsibilities, spanning Engagement, Recognition, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Change, and Employer Branding
- Managing online learning platforms (e.g. WorkDay, Go1, Academy) and coordinating both corporate communication and reward platforms (e.g. Reward Gateway)
- Dealing with a variety of employee queries

- HR/OD/Learning Coordination experience (2+ years)
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple priorities and projects
- Good general IT skills and ability to navigate systems, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
