Tasks and responsibilities
1. Reception, answering phone calls and general office administration duties.
2. Sales and taking orders over the phone and face to face with clients in our showroom.
3. Processing orders and invoicing
- Experience on knowing how to use MYOB accounts right is preferred.
4. Maintaining company social media and selling platforms
5. Providing support to the companies managing director
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: Up to $28.34 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coburg North, VIC 3058: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office administration and customer service (required)
- MYOB, Microsoft office and creative with social media (required)
- online selling platforms such as shopify (required)

- English (required)
